Flowing from provision of Planning Supervisor and CDM Co-ordinator services since the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations were first introduced in 1994 CBC are well placed to act as Principal Designer or Advisor to a Principal Designer as required to support multi-disciplinary design teams or lead designers and Clients in complying with statutory obligations under the CDM Regulations 2015.

Certified membership of the Associate of Project Safety demonstrates that CBC have the competence required to effectively provide the appropriate level of advice required to suit project needs.
